What Material are your products made of?
All of our products are made with the highest quality from TENCEL™ fibers that is gentle on kids with skin sensitivities and to the environment. To learn more about our fabric.
Why do we love our fabric?
Other than the amazing benefits of TENCEL™ fibers, our fabric to have everlasting softness & stays soft with little to no piling (when washed correctly!)
How to Care?
- Machine-washed or handwash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron on medium
Exchange or Return Policy
Please check the sizing chart as we will NOT be accepting any returns or exchanges unless an item is incorrectly sent or defect product. All exchanges items must be in the unwashed, unworn & still in its original packaging (tags included). For additional questions or concerns, please email us at hello@cosocokids.com
What is your shipping policy?
We use JNE for our shipments and provide Free Shipping for orders more than Rp. 500,000 within Indonesia. We ship on Monday - Saturday.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Indonesia but we're working on shipping internationally! For shipments in Singapore, please go to www.cosocokids.sg
